Close to asking for a refund on my licenses

Unable to use BotChief
Well...this is my last resort but I have been unable to use your software since 5:30am this morning becuase of a "network error" it is now 3pm. I have submitted a trouble ticket, e-mailed [email protected], added you all on skype (with no response to the friend request), and even sent a message on here directly to an admin for help. Why is this "network error" preventing me from using software I paid for? Can someone PLEASE reply to this message so I can continue working...Thank You.

Botchief runner network error on startup
why can't I run botchief due to a network error on login? If your authentication server is down it should be fixed as a matter of urgency as this stops customers like myself who have purchased multiple licenses from using the software, why is this problem taking over 12 hours to fix ? Not a happy customer at the moment

I can't choose from options dropdown menu
Hi ,i have a website that has a dropdown options menu the tags of it is :<select><option><options>and so on<select>i mean it's not a <div> like in tutorial .the menu has 16 options to choose from and when i use control operate it gives me only 1 html element and when and when i click test run i only clicks on the menu but it doesn't choose the option that i need .* i also passed the value of it to the control operate but nothing happened too .so is it possible to op...

Simple yet very apreciated update for Image Recognition action
I have been working on a bot that automates the process of manual traffic exchange on a well known site. What I am missing, I was under the assumption that this is already in, is the ability to supply an input image file link (from the disc, reference image is already saved locally) to the Image Recognition action. Another alternative would be to update the reference image every time the command is run (by specifying some coordinates from which the image should be cropped)....

Email Operation
Well I am loving the automation of this thing and the fact that it is pretty easy to understand. I have an issue with the e-mail operations though. I am trying to send an e-mail from my Gmail account and the operation is failing. I made sure that the SMTP server was correct as well as requiring SSL and the port number per google's instructions. Also made sure both POP# and IMAP were enabled for my Gmail account and turned on "allow less secure apps" under the account settings. Has anyone else su...

Compiled Bot cannot import file
Hello,I have created a bot that uses variables from a table.I compiled the bot but after I run it (with admin rights) and want to import the data from a CSV file, it says  "Import fails, check if the file is correct or wheter it is occupied!".In the BotChiefEditor, the exact same file can be imported correctly.Any ideas for that issue?Thanks!  ...

Paid help wanted to help make first bot
Hi,I've yet to purchase the license for BotCheif i first wanted to see first if i could make a simple checker bot that checks my balances. I thought it would be easy, nope. BotChiefRunner Question? Broken?
I got this program yesterday and upgraded to PRO to use the runner packages and such. I tested all of the email ones, and as far as I can tell they do nothing? AM I doing something wrong, or are they all just broke and in there to waste unsuspecting fools time? (like myself?)
