ContentBomb licence

Hello,


I purchased a SpinnerChief 6 Ultimate licence but i opened ContentBomb i've input my details and SpinnerChief licence information but when the app starts a message comes up saying "This version can't use all functions of contentbomb because it is just free for SpinnerChief users..." when i start it as standalone if i start contentbomb via the whiteboxapp a different error comes up saying "There maybe a network problem with our server from your computer...".


Why is that?

It's a special version of ContentBomb for SpinnerChief paid user. And some functions on ContentBomb only works for the Elite version.

I've installed this version from your link and i input my details and licence information but still comes up with the message that this trial cant use all functions and is only free for SpinnerChief customers..

Only elite version of ContentBomb can use all functions of the software. You can buy it on the sales page of ContentBomb at first.

There is no clear description in what circumstance you get the contentbomb, so i purchased the ultimate version pay monthly, so i have to cancel the licence and ask for a refund then just the spinner is no use for me. thanks.

Hi,

I have purchased SpinnerChief 6 Ultimate and ContentBomb Elite today.

I have installed the WhiteHatBox app on my Windows 10 desktop pc.

I have downloaded and installed the software from within the app.

They have both installed correctly.

SpinnerChief 6 runs ok but when I try to run ContentBomb Elite it opens the software but shows an error message

"There maybe a network problem with our server from your computer, program will close now, please try again later. If you can't get it work, please contact the support on the forum. We will help you to solve the problem asap!"

Can you please help me resolve this problem?
